Employment and enterprise services

Public employment and enterprise services include employment services, information and advisory services, competence development services and business start-up and development services. Employment services particularly target jobseekers and employers, while the information and advisory services are available to everyone.

Competence development services offered to personal customers include vocational guidance and career planning, coaching, work trials, training and education, and pay subsidy. Services that support a customer’s employment also promote labour force access of a company or other employer.

Public employment and enterprise services offered to companies and employers include employment services, information and advisory services, pay subsidy, job coach services, joint purchase training, and chargeable business development services. Support provided for new entrepreneurs include information and advisory services, assessment of entrepreneurial competence and opportunities for entrepreneurial activity, career coaching, work trials, entrepreneurial training and start-up grants.
