Strategic projects

The MEE launches and implements reforms related to certain thematic entities via strategic projects across departments, units and groups. Strategic projects are also used for innovating new operating models, locating new development areas and supporting the work of departments, units and groups.

Major social challenges lie in the background of strategic projects, which respond to them by implementing the required concrete reforms.

Strategic projects form a key component in the horizontal organisation of the Ministry of Employment and the Economy.
